Kanban Board

I’ve entered Year Two of Starfall Rest. I did a post-mortem for Year One: what worked, what didn’t, what changes must I make? As I enter Year Two with a new plan, I pulled out my trusty Kanban board to track projects and work towards goals.

I made this beauty a few years ago using a 30×25″ piece of paper, a ruler, removable double-sided tape, and 3×5 cards. I use 2×1.5 stickies for tasks to move through the swim lanes as I make progress.

What tools do you use to organize big creative projects?
